Katie Padmore

Katie (she/her/hers) is a passionate advocate for social impact with a background in accounting and a heart for nonprofits. Katie has dedicated her career to leveraging her expertise and analytical skills to empower individuals, foster community engagement, and drive meaningful change.
Katie earned her BS (Accounting) from The College of New Jersey in her home state. With a strong foundation in accounting and as a CPA, Katie transitioned from her role as an auditor at EY to join the nonprofit world. Prior to TGH, Katie worked at United Way of Massachusetts Bay, where she led essential volunteer engagement efforts and directed the streamlining of processes and incorporation of data analytics into the Development department’s day-to-day work.
