Mia Crabbe

Mia (she/her/hers) has aspired to change the face of HR by being a noteworthy and trusted advisor in the HR space for over 20 years. Before joining TGH and being named Chief People Officer, she advanced her career as an HR professional by assuming progressive roles with companies like Hypertherm as a COE Program Director, a multi-state HR Leader for AMETEK and a SME & Entrepreneurial Consultant which cultivated her knowledge of people operations and business strategy alignment. She is particularly experienced in areas of personal and professional development and has an extensive background in guiding, coaching and mentoring all levels of leadership within an organization. Her greatest superpower is connecting with and assisting others with self-realization and then actualizing a dream unfulfilled. Mia holds a Master’s of HRM from Keller Graduate and is diligently working on making her family proud by completing her dissertation to become a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Fun Fact: Mia is very colorful, she loves to travel, cook and go on food excursions, netflixing and chilling with her family and friends, listening to music and she can even hold a note!
